DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA

We deliver the goods throughout Lithuania to a Venipak post office or by courier to the address indicated.

  • Delivery to a Venipak post office or by courier to a specified address within 1-3 working days if the product is in stock.
  • DELIVERY PRICES:
  • FREE delivery in Lithuania for all batteries.

DELIVERY TO ESTONIA AND LATVIA

  • Orders can be placed via our e-shop.
  • Payment is made electronically (by bank transfer, card or any other specified form).
  • Delivery to a Venipak post office or by courier to a specified address within 1-3 working days if the product is in stock.
  • DELIVERY PRICES:
  • Delivery of batteries costing up to 200€ – 5€
  • Delivery of batteries costing between €200 and €500 – €10
  • Delivery of batteries costing between €500 and €800 – €20
  • Delivery of batteries costing between €800 and €1600 – €30

GENERAL RULES

  • When ordering the goods, the Customer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.
  • Goods shall be delivered by the Seller or its authorised representative. The delivery/transportation charge is provided prior to ordering.
  • The quantity and quality of the Goods shall be carefully checked by the Customer at the time of delivery. When accepting the Goods from the courier, the Customer shall sign the Goods delivery documents confirming that the Goods have been delivered to him.
  • The Customer must make any observations regarding apparent defects in the Goods in writing upon acceptance of the Goods. The Customer may submit any complaints regarding latent defects in the Goods in writing no later than 7 (seven) days after receipt of the Goods. Otherwise, the Customer shall be deemed to be satisfied with the Goods and shall have no complaints against the Seller.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the address specified in the order. If it becomes apparent that the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods within the time limit, the Seller shall immediately inform the Customer thereof. The Customer agrees that, exceptionally, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • After the Customer has paid for the Goods, the Seller shall send the Customer an invoice by email.
  • The Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limits for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Customer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Customer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Customer.
  • During holidays or bad weather, delivery times may change due to the high volume of parcels that courier services have to deal with.
