Return of goods

Returns
Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they have not been used, damaged or physically modified.

Condition requirements
Returned batteries must be:

• Not in use (no charge/discharge cycles),
• Intact,
• In original packaging with all accessories (if any).

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns if:

• The battery has been charged or used,
• Mechanical or thermal damage,
• Improper use (overloading, shortening, immersion in water, etc.).

Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply if the defects are caused by misuse or non-compliance with the operating instructions.

Refund procedure

The Customer must make any observations regarding apparent defects in the Goods in writing upon acceptance of the Goods. The Customer may submit any complaints regarding latent defects in the Goods in writing no later than 7 (seven) days after receipt of the Goods. Otherwise, the Customer shall be deemed to be satisfied with the Goods and shall have no complaints against the Seller.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs (except in the case of defective goods).
