{"id":3248,"date":"2024-06-19T14:09:43","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T11:09:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fontemenergy.lt\/return-of-goods\/"},"modified":"2025-09-30T08:19:21","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T05:19:21","slug":"return-of-goods","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fontemenergy.lt\/en\/return-of-goods\/","title":{"rendered":"Return of goods"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><br\/>Goods can be returned within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of receipt, provided they have not been used, damaged or physically modified.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Condition requirements<\/strong><br\/>Returned batteries must be:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<li>Not in use (no charge\/discharge cycles),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intact,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In original packaging with all accessories (if any).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Non-returnable items<\/strong><br\/>We cannot accept returns if:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<li>The battery has been charged or used,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanical or thermal damage,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper use (overloading, shortening, immersion in water, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Warranty<\/strong><br\/>We offer a <strong>12-month warranty<\/strong> against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply if the defects are caused by misuse or non-compliance with the operating instructions. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Refund procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The Customer must make any observations regarding apparent defects in the Goods in writing upon acceptance of the Goods. The Customer may submit any complaints regarding latent defects in the Goods in writing no later than 7 (seven) days after receipt of the Goods.
